Revolution

Many of you know I am into politics a little bit (okay, a lot!). So, yesterday I went to the rally in Washington, DC to oppose healthcare reform put forth by the democrats. I don't know if it will stop it, but I can tell my children that I fought for freedom. I will post pictures later today-- (I am still in Raleigh at my parents' home.) I met a great group of women while I was there from www.asamom.org. It is women fighting for liberty in this country as mothers, wives and daughters of God. I would encourage you to have a look at there website. I met 2 ladies with this organization who came from near Atlanta, Georgia to the rally yesterday with their combined 5 kids-- all 4 and under. Kudos to them. It was a wonderful, invigorating experience and gave me a lot of hope that this country has good people and that our Constitution will prevail.

I cried as I watched the youtube video. http://www.ldsmag.com/youtube/091105nation.html I have so much love for the founders, soldiers, patriots and everyday citizens that have allowed this country to be great. Those same people have allowed for unprecedented access to the gospel of Jesus Christ not just by those in this country, but around the world. As we come up on Veterans Day and in light of all that is happening here in our great land-- I say my humble thank you.
